Experts Predict Cloud-native and Social Media Attacks to Be Major Threats in 2019

The year is coming to a close but for people utilizing technology, work is not going to end soon. As early as now, there are already different predictions regarding different technologies and among these is the nature of threats that organizations and individuals need to be wary about. CSO reveals, experts are predicting cloud-native and social media attacks to hound different organizations in the coming year.

Cloud-native, unlike traditional software that are written for servers, are applications that were written for the cloud. Cloud-native applications, according to InfoWorld, are meant to be continuously integrated and deployed to increase automation across the board.

Undoubtedly, social media accounts are also not spared from these threats. A majority of these attacks use these platforms as a delivery mechanism.
